Why Whole30?

A year ago I could barely get out of bed. I was overweight, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, and struggling with severe exhaustion. Basically, I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Surely there was more to life than begrudgingly dragging yourself out of bed every morning, right?

After reprogramming my nutrition and eating Whole30 approved foods I’m happy to say I’m healthier mentally, physically and emotionally than ever before. It’s amazing what clean eating can do for you. That’s just a glimpse into my story; there are thousands more who have given up a life of processed foods and sugars in pursuit of good honest foods to fuel their bodies.

Whole30 isn’t a fad diet or a quick weight loss scheme. Eating Whole30 approved foods is about making a long-term and sustainable lifestyle change, it’s about eating real clean foods and eliminating the sugar, alcohol, grains, dairy and processed chemicals that we’ve grown so accustomed to. Whole30 is anti-inflammatory in nature and helps reprogram our relationship with food. By the way, Whole30 isn’t just for athletes or nutritionists or health gurus, my goal is to help everyone get a taste of just how good healthy food really can be.
